General Cable Industries expanding, creating 51 jobs in Jackson
NASHVILLE — General Cable Industries, Inc., officials announced the company will expand data communication cable production at its manufacturing facility in Madison County. The wire and cable manufacturer will invest $3.7 million and create approximately 51 jobs in Jackson for its data communication cable business. Check for General Cable Industries jobs here.
“The manufacturing sector employs over 333,000 Tennesseans and it is great news that General Cable will be growing this sector,” Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Randy Boyd said. “I want to thank General Cable for creating new jobs in Jackson and for strengthening our Team Tennessee workforce.”
