Kroger investing $250 million, creating 2,000 jobs in Nashville
NASHVILLE — Kroger is going big in the Nashville area with plans for a $250 million investment for new and expanding stores. The investment also is expected to create more than 2,000 jobs.

Kroger’s 2016 plans include recently opened stores in Brentwood and Hillsboro Village (both former Harris Teeter locations), as well as planned new stores in Murfreesboro and a replacement store in Hendersonville, according to the release, among other projects.
