Sitel calls on 300 new Tennessee customer care jobs

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Sitel, a leading global customer care provider, announced it is actively expanding its customer experience centers in Knoxville and Oak Ridge, Tennessee. The company will hire hundreds of new customer care professionals to deliver world-class customer support for clients in the financial services industry.

At Sitel Corning, the company plans to hire 300 new customer care professionals to provide inbound support for a leading satellite television provider.

Sitel Corning’s Director of Site Operations, Demi Roseman, highlighted the Corning economic development impact of their latest job creation plans. “We look forward to further contributing to the local economy with these 300 new positions, and continuing our role as an employer-of-choice with high-growth opportunities for Corning residents,” said Roseman.
