Jet’s Pizza is about to open its fourth Memphis location in Knickerbocker Plaza. Jet’s Pizza is the official pizza vendor of the FedExForum.

Owner Frank Kozlowski, who holds the Mid-South franchise rights for Jet’s, entered the Memphis market in 2013 and said he is bullish about opportunities in the city.

Kozlowski said he plans to eventually have 10 to 15 Jet’s Pizza stores in the Memphis area. Each of those locations would create 20 to 25 jobs.

In addition to pizza, Jet’s sells subs, salads, wings and sides with an emphasis on quality ingredients. Jet’s restaurants offer dine in, carry out and delivery.

Bud Worsham, who represents Jet’s as affiliate broker with Crye-Leike, said he is impressed that the Michigan-based franchise company is willing to invest heavily in the Memphis market.
